- Your government-issued Photo ID such as passport (photo page only), driver’s license, state non-driver ID card, or permanent US Resident Card
- Your SSN card
- Utility bill – i.e. water, gas, electricity (issued in the last 3 months)
- Bank, credit card, or savings account statement (issued in the last 3 months)
