When you’re ready to cash out, the process is simple:
Go to the Cashier section and select Withdraw.
Choose your preferred withdrawal method. In most cases, funds must be returned to the same method you used to deposit (closed-loop policy).
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Confirm your request.
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your request will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. Payments generally will be made as soon as reasonably possible (subject to internal processing time of up to three (3) business days).
